How long will my order take?

As COVID 19 delays are still impacting delivery times, please allow 2-8 business days for your orders to be processed and prepared for shipping.

When will my order arrive?

We send your parcels with either Australia Post or Sendle Couriers, please allow 2-7 business days (this may take even longer due to COVID-19 shipping delays). We are unable to deliver to PO boxes.

How much does Shipping cost?

$12.95 flat rate Australia wide, free for orders over $100 with the code "FREESHIPPING", we do not ship internationally.

Do you offer exchange or refund?

We do not offer returns for change of mind, all orders are final once the order is confirmed. We try to protect our products as much as possible for transit, all orders are labelled as fragile, however if you receive a package which is damaged, please email us at [email protected]

What is soy wax?

Soy wax is a natural wax made from the oil of soy beans. Soy wax gives candles a beautiful fragrance throw as well as giving a longer burn and is also renewable, non-toxic and biodegradable.
